At our store, we want you to love your purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.
Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date.
To qualify for a return, your item must:
- Be unworn, unwashed, and unused.
- Have all original tags attached.
- Be in its original packaging (if applicable).
- Include proof of purchase or your order number.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Sale and clearance items.
- Gift cards.
- Personalized or custom-made products.
- Items marked as Final Sale.
Exchanges
If you received the wrong size, color, or a defective item, we’ll gladly exchange it (subject to availability). If the requested item is unavailable, we’ll issue a refund or store credit.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the status of your refund.
If approved:
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
- Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:
- The item arrived damaged.
- The wrong item was shipped.
- The product has a manufacturing defect.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost return packages.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include your order number and photos of the item so we can resolve the issue quickly.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled before they are processed for shipment. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled and must follow the return process.
